Correct typos in tex file and document special cases

The current document contains a number of typos and since the error and warning messages were removed from the source code, the documentation should at least indicate these.

Add support for derivatives of the Bessel functions

The derivatives of the Bessel functions (both first and second kind, normal and modified) can be calculated via simple relations (see for instance these properties of Bessel Yn. It would be a simple matter to add implementations for these.

typos

For "Library for evaluating special mathematical function" there should be an "s" at the end, and near the end "mahematical" should be "mathematical".

Convert the double-precision versions of the functions

The double-precision versions are limited to the real variations of the various functions, but they should be converted in the same way. It does mean no equivalent double-precision complex versions will be available, unless these can be constructed easily.

Convert the complex functions in the same way as the single-precision ones

The library by Fullerton contains a limited set of complex functions. These should be converted into modern Fortran as well.
