Add a ping server url

There should be a ping server URL that returns a HTTP 200 status to validate that the client can communicate with the server. An example use case could be the server IP setting functionality in the client.

Use case:

The URL introduced there is not validated in any way, the ping server URL could allow the client to validate the IP before returning to the login activity.

Url setting activity should be accesible from the signup activity

The url setting activity is accesible from the login activity, but not from the signup activity, it makes sense for the button to exist in both activities.
