Definitions in this module might be moved to chip module (mbed-hal-k64f)

All the files in this repo could be moved to mbed-hal-k64f, as they are the mcu specific, not target specific. This would allow us to remove this module from our tree.

The problem besides only moving files are the PinMap structures, which describe peripheral pins. We can generate PinMaps with a yotta config., currently this pinmap config would be for target-frdm-k64f-gcc/armcc.

Strong symbols in mbed_overrides.c are not being used

Some symbols in mbed_overrides.c are supposed to override generic "weak" version, but this doesn't happen because of linker issues. This creates a problem for K64F because the mbed_mac_address implementation for this platform is not taken into account.

Slave defines should be removed from device header file

We shall review that's defined, and do a clean-up, at least slave can be removed
