RFC 1035 zonefile parsing instead of exec ssh-keygen

Hi @arnested,

I have created a SSHFP implementation for golang ssh clients and saw your implementation. Why are you not using DNS parsezone instead of exec ssh-keygen which is not very portable.

main.go:63: cannot use provider()

Pulled this on Debian 9, go v1.7.4 and got this:

apt-get install golang
go get github.com/arnested/sshfpgo
go get -v -u github.com/urfave/cli
go get -v -u github.com/arnested/sshfpgo/providers/dnsimple
go get -v -u github.com/ShowMax/go-fqdn
go build

And got this error:

sshfpgo# go build
# _/root/admin/ssh/sshfpgo
./main.go:63: cannot use provider() (type "github.com/arnested/sshfpgo/vendor/github.com/urfave/cli".Command) as type "github.com/urfave/cli".Command in append
sshfpgo# vim main.go
