Problems with posting repositories.

The API errors at every interval when the app tries to post to a forum channel. This is due to missing tags. Tags must be added by their IDs.

Add tests for buttons

Add tests for buttons similar to how commands and events are tested.

Make admin web interface for diagnostics

Show errors and logs from admin page for debugging purposes.
