Probe static endpoints on Kubernetes

ProbeEP

Use Kubernetes as a load-balancer, probe static endpoints and move IPs to NotReadyAddresses when probing fail.

Deploy ProbeEP

Configure ProbeEP with a set of environment variables.

Limitations

Hostnames are not used, only IP
