Telegram Anime Recommendation Bot

Overview

This Telegram bot is designed to assist users in discovering and managing their favorite anime and manga titles. It utilizes web scraping techniques with BeautifulSoup (BS4) and Selenium for data extraction, while storing information in a PostgreSQL database. The bot is built using the aiogram framework, allowing for asynchronous interactions with Telegram's API. Additionally, `aiohttp`_ is employed to ensure smooth and efficient asynchronous communication.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:
