Quick response, thanks. Minor typos: "Android market is separated int Country 
regions and some app's are just enabled for a specific country" -> separated 
into 
countries/regions; app's -> apps.

Does Market Enabler also help with firmware updates which Google hasn't 
whitelisted 
yet? (see http://androidforums.com/samsung-i7500/9663-firmware-
versions-3.html#post56655)

I meant divided into regions and the regions are based on country and carrier.

To your question...
I don't know and as I don't have a galaxy, I can't test it.
But from the technical point:
No, because ME just changes the values for country / carrier and nothing else.
I've seen a similar behavior with JF 1.1 but as I'm not a rom developer, I 
can't tell
you how they solved this issues...
