Occasional Helpers are not removed from MailChimp

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Members added to MailChimp while they have a FUll Role
2. Member changes to OH
3. OH roles are contained in the compass report
4. MailChimp subscriber is compared to the full list rather than filtered list

Expected behaviour
When a member changes to an OH role they should not be in the filtered compass report and would be deleted from MailChimp
