🐛 [BUG] - Windows Installation

Description

I tried to follow the installation steps, but I find some problems:

1. Default git repository
2. Conflict dependency react
3. error An unexpected error occurred: "https://registry.npmjs.org/...-cli: Not found".
4. Boilerplate settings not show

I'm trying to figure out, and I found the solution:

1. First I must create new repository github (Because the framework automatically generates the git repository on package)
2. I just tried using yarn and it's work fine
3. Delete dependency
4. config->path in constructor Plugin separator directory was wrong in Windows, it's should be DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR

So that it can be used publicly, it is better to provide further information so that framework can be newbie friendly.
