Cloud-shadow re-positioning

the vertical coordinate of the cloud shadow is set to 0, but at compaction time actual size / position of the cloud is unknown. Cloud should be placed properly at a later point.

One way to achieve that is to keep vertical coordinate at 0 (or stuck to the floor surface if ever we have one) if it's read from compact bin as 0.

Another approach is to partially apply transform to the whole compact bin.

Yet another - to export the shadow in its own node that can be independently positioned after the fact (and is forced to the right place on game start).
