Implement continuous deployment of new Windows app versions to testers using AppCenter.

Steps to confirm the task's completion:

1. using Windows check for messages from AppCenter in your e-mail box regarding new app version for Windows.
2. click Install button in the e-mail.
3. follow instructions to install the app.
4. run the app.

Expected result:

• application is successfully running on Windows.

Convert a test.xml into new format.

It is necessary to convert the file LanguageLearningTool/LanguageLearningTool/Resources/test.xml into new format.
More precisely:

1. all commented nodes should be uncommented.
2. all the <theme> nodes should be converted into new format specified below.
