Ability to choose an image from the gallery as account logo

Welcome animation is jumpy

Seems that logo from the windowBackground is not fitting with the ImageView provided by the WelcomeActivity.

TL;DR: This feature already has a holding place in the app and is "Coming Soon".

Pretty much the singular feature that Authy has over any other 2FA app is the ability to back up your codes in case you lose your device.

I know at least Google can use an SMS as an alternative to an OTP in the event of losing access to your device. Adding a feature to (securely) back up your codes to Google Drive, DropBox, NextCloud, etc, would be fantastic.

Even an encrypted export option so you can store the backup somewhere yourself in the event of losing your device.

This is a long-term feature request and just opening it as a bookmark as an "existing issue". 😄

After press scan button and cancel the scanning in the camera the button keeps disabled

Add to category on new code

Would be good to be able to add a new code to a category on creation.

No error message shown on scanning invalid QR

First off, thank you for this app! The Category feature is awesome and I haven't seen it implemented anywhere else.

Was trying to scan a QR code that I found out was invalid/unsupported (MS authenticator), and I noticed it spin for a while and didn't give an error message saying the code was invalid.

To reproduce:

• Scan invalid QR

Expected: error message showing QR is not valid

Actual:
Displays loading screen for several minutes. Returns to home screen without showing error message.

Hello,
I've found this app today and it seems quite advanced with passcode and categories and also very pretty.

But it only has about 50 downloads...

So I was thinking, maybe you could cross-post the app to F-Droid? You could get more users that prefer open-source and F-Droid users could get another authenticator app to try.

Big interval between circle opening and closing

I'm seeing a big time gap between the opening and closing of the circle, about the same length as the circle itself. Using OnePlus 3, Android 7.0, Openticator 0.9.4

Realm crash when it's not configurated

Seem Realm is not being configured when the activity is rebuilt without pass through ProxyActivity

Welcome animation restarted

Seems that the animation is restarted because I'm not checking if the animation was started in onWindowFocusChanged

Ensure secret inserted manually meets Base32 characters

If you insert an invalid character (ex: 1) in a secret key the app won't recover

Export accounts

I see that you have a sync feature planned, but what about adding an export feature so we could choose where to store it by ourselves? The file could be encrypted by the master password users already have to set in the app.

Selection affects the circle

I just came across another weird bug involving the moving circle: selection affects it's size.

• If you select the item while the circle is filled from the bottom, the circle size will slightly decrease
• If you select the item while the circle is filled from the top, the circle size will slightly increase

Add account manually doesn't work

Being using this awesome app for years already. Just noticed today that the "Add account manually" doesn't work. Looking at the code, it seems to me that this function cannot return true.
