User sign up

Users cannot sign up autonomously.
First, an unregistered user account must be created in their name.
Then, the administrator must invite them (inserting the email in the system).

• Create tests
• Add invite API
• Create random password on invite
• Send email to the invited user asking to change the password

Change user management

There is no need for multiple user tables: placeholder users (to be renamed as unregistered users) can use the same table as registered ones. The only difference is that they do not have any email.

• Remove PlaceholderUser
• Transform RegisteredUser into User
• Migrate database
• Create registered? method
• Modify Workspace
