Paging

Hi there,

how to allow server paging using button click event.
For example:

paging: true,
pageSize = 20;

When I scroll to last element I want to load more items on button click not on scroll.

Submits form on select

if control is in a form, then on selecting any option submits the form through keyboard enter button

steps to reproduce:

place control in HTML form
search in control which will populate choices
select any choice it'll also select the choice and also submits the form

bug: it shouldn't submit the form on enter
