Dockerized CI

Dockerized CI with cross compilation. Rather than using the Ubuntu, MacOS, Windows containers in GitHub in favour of faster build times. Need to explore.

Dockerize `gh-web`

Dockerize gh-web with scripts to build and run.
All docker related files should go inside docker in the project root.

Simplify repo naming for secrets command

Currently repo name is split to --owner and --name instead let’s have both combined on a single arg --name

Setup Config File

Setup config file for the user with auth token and other configurations.

It can be a .toml or .yml file in the users $HOME/.config/gh-cli/config.{toml|yml} path for example.

Store credentials optionally and no need to pass --auth_token arg each time.

VSCode now provides GitHub authentication for git even in its Terminal.

If gh had support for that too, we could have a seamless GitHub Authentication when using gh inside VSCode, which can mainly benefit vscode-dev-containers , Visual Studio Codespaces, and therefore, the upcoming GitHub Codespaces.

Currently using std::fs and std::path etc. having blocking behaviour.
