Serve already created page

After pages are created, when serving, these pages should be automatically served even if we didn't link them to an Application object.

Do this in order to have consistent behavior with the way Widget are added.

Each function callback_XX is having a lot of code duplication. We need to refactor the JS code for less duplication.

Automatically add widgets to "/" page

Automatically add widgets to / page, even if this page was already created.

So we need to keep track of the created pages.

Internal error on wrong call of callbacks

No validation is done for callbacks routes, which lead to Internal Error if we call the wrong route.

Make AJAX request name TRULY unique

Name of AJAX request are created by taking the ID of the inputs.

This is not enough as several AJAX requests may have the same name. Make the name truly unique.
