How to configure database?

I cloned repo. Added docker-compose.yml

I can add postgres to compose

  db:
    image: postgres
    restart: always
    environment:
      POSTGRES_PASSWORD: password
    volumes:
      - ./db/data/:/var/lib/postgresql/data
    ports:
      - "5432:5432"

but how to configure prime?
