Recognize text in images with `VisionKit`

We can use VNRecognizeTextRequest(completionHandler:) from VisionKit to capture "recognized strings" from images.

For now we can store the "recognized strings" in BlobGlobalState, but we'll probably want to move it to SQLite so we can use the SQLite FTS5 Extension (and maybe The Spellfix1 Virtual Table) to enable fuzzy search.

Introduce `BlobViewer: NSWindow`

Outside of the MenuBarExtra, would be nice to have a windowed BlobViewer view that made it easy to browse/navigate.

Can probably start with a super simple NSTableView that just lists BlobEntrys in BlobGlobalState as rows. Can add sorting and editing and whatnot after.

Use `MenuBarExtra` instead of `NSPopover`

The NSPopover in menu bar has been sporadically disappearing in recent versions of macOS. Not exactly sure what's causing this and haven't spent too much time investigating... but figure it's worth using the new MenuBarExta API anyways.

Serialize and persist `BlobGlobalState` to disk

Serialize and persist entirety of BlobGlobalState to disk on every update so we can populate BlobList when we re-open the app. We can just implement Codable protocol and skip all the SQLite stuff for now... which would probably be overkill anyway.
