A collection of tweaks for elgg group user experience

1. Provide group admins with an option to set the default access level for group content
2. Provide link to invite users to group from the manage invitations page
3. Provide users with an easy way to join a group while browsing content
4. Let users know they must be group members to participate in discussions, and link to join group
5. Provide group admins with a method for making group content 'featured', featured content can be viewed on a dedicated page, on the group profile, or in a widget (if using widget manager)
6. Allow group admins to prevent users from adding blog posts (just removes 'add' button, does not disable adding altogether)

FR : a Setting for "group admins to prevent users from adding new discussions"

Please add a Setting for
"group admins to prevent users from adding new discussion posts"
So that only Group Admins can post discussion. At present Closed groups are there - but once an user joins a closed group he can make new discussion posts.

Setting "group admins to prevent users from adding blog posts" not working

Please upgrade this to work with Elgg 1.9.4 / Elgg 1.9.5
Trying with those versions but unable to set
"Allow group admins to prevent users from adding blog posts (just removes 'add' button, does not disable adding altogether)"
Add button is not removed.
