Not having this as the Main View

I want to Segue into this from my LoginRegisterViewController, but I think that requires me messing with the code that is in the AppDelegate.swift

When I removed the code in the AppDelegate.swift, the navigation bar was completely gone. I'm pretty new to iOS dev, and was wondering how I'd manage to extend this so that once the user logs in, I'll show the next view which is essentially this. I'm having a hard time creating a Navigation Bar without relying on the code in AppDelegate (which doesn't let me have an initial view being the LoginRegister view)

Adding a new view

I have 3 view controllers that I want as views. I have tried to get the to work inside this scroller view but it won't show. Please help.
