Support for other cities?

This could be useful when traveling, and even more useful when working on the road.

I have several Amsterdam and Utrecht locations I could add. Should they just be added to data.yml or should it be restructured to support cities?

I can make a PR for that, but won't take the effort if you prefer to keep this NYC specific.

  • there seem to be a lot of quiet places near wall st; we need to spend a day wandering around reading and drinking black coffee and we'll likely be able to get most of them

Look at how nice this GeoJSON data looks. @davidmerfield I argue we should do filtering based on GeoJSON data immediately, skipping the ad hoc location filtering I started yesterday.

Lounges?

This is probably a longshot, but would be nice to come up with lounge/date-type locations that were low or no noise. Even just low volume would go a long way.
