Replace StfalconImageViewer with custom compose viewer

This will need to be custom made, I'm unable to find a prebuilt compose library.

Add Android 13 Notification Permission

Translations

Translations are removed in v1.6.7 due to an incompatible translation service. The old translations were only half baked and never fully complete, and didn't include any game data, just UI strings. The new translations will be crowdsourced using POEditor for the UI and via the API for any information received from it.
