Add concurrency to /setup command

Currently, team channels are made in a synchronous manner. This can take quite a while depending on the number of teams and tiles. Using go routines could/should significantly improve the performance of this command.

Add feature to manage participants

Can either be done via it's own command, integrate into an existing one, or through some other Discord feature. Some ideas for participant management:

• Grab list of all participants from either a reaction role type message or other means.
• Randomly generate teams. Should be an even amount per team. If overall list does not allow for even team creation, disburse extra members by a means TBD.
• Ability to remove participants.
• Keep track of participant contributions.

Add command to checkoff tiles

Title. Create a command that can mark tiles as completed for a specific team. Determining where/how to store this information is TBD.

Create documention

Title. Create documentation for bot usage. To include but not limited to:

• Setup
• Command Usage

Add command to read tiles list from Google Sheets

The current tiles list is processed via a JSON file. Adding an option to read from a Google Sheets doc has been requested. Sheet format will need to be set in stone in order for this to work.
