Replace BS1770GAIN with Loudgain

Due to the BS1770GAIN author's extreme racism and prejudice, he has managed to get himself banned from almost every repo and his project page was taken off of sourceforge. I've tested many other solutions and found that Loudgain works perfectly as a replacement.

Loudgain fork available

A fork of loudgain is available, notably with windows support. Loudgain's original developer has gone MIA so this may be the way forward if they don't return. In the meantime, since I don't use windows and I'm probably the only one using this software, I'm not bothered to integrate this just yet. If I need to update qMIK in the future I'll re-evaluate this option.

Something that would speed up my consideration is the implementation of parallel track processing in album-mode, a feature that I think is theoretically possible but vanishingly rare in scanner tools.

Implement AlbumArtDownloader integration for Linux

It's now possible to run AlbumArtDownloader through WINE on Linux, following instructions from hydrogenaud.io.

According to the thread, installing lib32-gtk3 (or your distro's equivalent) was necessary to fix some sources not being queried. The real solution is probably in one of the dependencies that this package pulls but I'm content to pull extra packages and not worry about which one fixes it for now.

Tested and working on my Arch machine. Allegedly DXVK can be used instead of the WINE D3D9 implementation but users are reporting problems and it shouldn't matter with a non-graphic intensive program like AAD

Huge step forward for WINE and for Windows migration in general.
