Add fetching

It would be great if we could find records simpler, and abstract away the manual work of building parameters for contentful querying, i.e.:

new ArticleParams(
  {
    parentPage: 'ford-mustang'
  },
  {
    order: { publicationDate: 'desc' },
    page: 1,
    limit: 10,
    locale: 'es'
  }
});

Make relationships and fields top-level getters

Right now, to access a relationship or field, you have to access it on the relationships or fields attribute, e.g. article.relationships.author. Ideally, you could just do article.author.

Concerns are making sure we don't overwrite any necessary methods or attributes on the class itself.
