Create github action that builds ready to use installer on release.

Update Java Engine – AM 04.02.x crashing since mac OS 12.x Monterey

The JRE (Java Runtime Engine) embedded in Automaker used is pretty much out-of-date. As a result AM 4.02 crashes constantly since mac OS 12.x Monterey (no problems under Big Sur). (I've erased the entire CEL Robox folder from your user directory, as suggested by CEL’s customer support, bit that didn't help a bit).

fix eject temperature

Automaker uses hardcoded 140c temperature settings. It causes problems while ejecting high temperature filaments.
Eject should send next gcode:

• set temperature
• wait for temperature
• retract filament

Manually changing Z offset under Head EEPROM doesn't work

I was trying to dial in the offset, and I know I've done this before, but for some reason it's not saving now. I can connect the Root, and do it through the web interface, but if I try do do it in AutoMaker it doesn't save the new value. It looks like it does, but nothing changes and if I disconnect the Robox and reconnect it reverts back to the old value.

I also tried to do this on the official v4.02.00 and it doesn't work there either, so I'm not sure exactly what's going on. I did notice that the "Save" button doesn't "disable" after clicking save, so I assume it's simply not saving.

Potential l-o-g four j issue...

AM has l-o-g four jay in its code base, as you can see in this screenshot. My fear is that someone alters the code and infiltrates the app (and thus our computers locally) through a pull request:

Root-connected Robox Dual not showing up under Preferences -> Network

For some reason my Robox isn't showing up after updating to this version, but when I revert the folders back to the original 4.02-version everything seems to be working again. Not sure what information is usefull if anyone was to troubleshoot this, so just let me know if anyone has time to look at this and there is anything I can contribute with!

somebody could make a custom version of automaker with extended build volume. it would be nice to set or disable build volume limits programmatically
