Build

On Ubuntu/Debian (or similar distributions on WSL), install the following packages:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y build-essential pkg-config llvm-dev libclang-dev clang libssl-dev curl

Install Rust through rustup.rs:

curl https://getsubstrate.io -sSf | bash -s -- --fast

Use the following command to build the code:

cargo build --release

I would like to push a branch with some comments by it seems I don't have permission.

Could you grant me access?

Is it planned to remove sudo and replace it by some kind of Governance? the system seems right now very centralised.

Keep working on benchmarks and tests. Many pallets do not have them yet or are incomplete.

• Consider giving users the freedom of adding names to use them as primary keys in the StorageMap for Projects and Proposals. You can avoid the extra read/writes to update the lastIndex.

• Why it is not possible to remove Projects?

• Why it is only possible to remove last Chain?

• Relayer

  • I would like to understand why users can only vote through the relayer and also where in the code the relayer is triggered to daoPortal.voteUpdate
  • If it is to have a feeless transactions there are other methods you might consider
  • Where is recorded what Account initiated the vote? (who initially signed the tx)
  • I let you vote twice for the same option (it should fail)

SBP: documentation

Improve documentation.

For each pallet needed to add a README.md and a description in the lib.rs header.

It was also challenging to find good documentation to understand how geode, attestor and geodessesion work and interact with each other.

SBP: update substrate version

Substrate version is 0.9.10, that is very outdated
