This is a P8X32A/Propeller, P2X8C4M64P/Propeller 2 driver object for the ST LPS25 Barometric Pressure sensor.

IMPORTANT: This software is meant to be used with the spin-standard-library (P8X32A) or p2-spin-standard-library (P2X8C4M64P). Please install the applicable library first before attempting to use this code, otherwise you will be missing several files required to build the project.

Salient Features

• I2C connection at up to 400kHz
• SPI connection at 1MHz (P1), up to 10MHz (P2), 3 or 4-wire mode
• Read barometric pressure data (ADC words or Pascals)
• Read temperature
• Interrupts: set mask, set active state, set INT pin output drive mode, set latching, set threshold, read state
• FIFO: set mode, set threshold/watermark, set interrupt mask, read flags
• Set pressure bias/offset
• Set sensor power

• spin-standard-library
• 1 extra core/cog for the PASM I2C or SPI engine (none if bytecode-based engine is used)
• sensor.pressure.common.spinh (provided by spin-standard-library)
• sensor.temp.common.spinh (provided by spin-standard-library)

P2/SPIN2:

• p2-spin-standard-library
• sensor.pressure.common.spin2h (provided by p2-spin-standard-library)

Add P2/SPIN2 support

Port the driver to SPIN2

Add SPI support

The chip supports 3 and 4-wire SPI interfaces. Add support for compile-time selection of I2C or either of these.

P2: demo inop when built as NuCode

This builds fine, but the demo doesn't start (more specifically, the LPS25 driver doesn't).

Add support for setting reference pressure

The sensor has a reference pressure setting, which is subtracted from the current measurement to detect readings beyond programmed limits, and is used for the Autozero function described in the datasheet.

Add interrupt support

The chip has support for generating interrupts based on differential pressure low or high events. Add support for setting and reading these.

Add FIFO support

Add support for configuring the FIFO, reading the current status, and setting interrupt(s)
