amazon-chime-sdk-ios-spm's Issues

Swift Package can only be added to one target

In a project with multiple targets this swift package can only be added to one target. It doesn't show up when you try to add it to the Framework, Libraries, Embedded Content, under the General tab of the build target.

AmazonChimeSDKMachineLearning XCFramework not downloading

Package loading has stopped working for me.

The URL seems fine for each.

The content length for AmazonChimeSDKMachineLearning seems small.

And when I download directly I get this.

This is reflected in Xcode where package loading breaks.
