Implement get_all_stops wrapper method

Can't seem to get this one to work and when I try it out in Västtrafik's API console, I get no data there either. Perhaps a backend issue? Anyway, I get a 403 Unauthorized when I try to fetch data from that endpoint. No idea.

Better handling of API keys

It would be nice to have a more convenient way of handling the consumer key and secret. A suggestion is to pass these values in the constructor of Client.

Maybe add some handy functionality to demo.py to fetch keys from a file covered by .gitignore?
