Define Field for Quantity

use Quantum.derivations

The various Quanta also define "derivations".

For instance, Power is Energy / Time.

This may not itself be an "issue", but rather a reminder of something sitting around that will be useful down the road.

Less run-time exception throwing. More static type-safety.
