This repo contains the experiments performed for multi-class classifcation, link prediction and pairwise node classification task on protien, ppi and brightkite dataset. Majority of the code for link prediction has been borrowed from JiaxuanYou/P-GNN. Notebooks contains the training logs To reproduce the link prediction experiments, enter the following command on shell:

sh run.sh
