As a user, I can add or remove courses from the system.

Add course: Create fee and salary. Afterwards, when adding a student and teacher to the course, assign the fee/salary to them. Assume that the student has already paid the money when you add them to the course.

Delete course: Delete fee and salary. Delete deadlines and schedules for each teacher and student. For each of the students in the course, refund them the fee.

As an owner, I want to hire and fire teachers.

Firing a teacher-> Loop through course database and find the courses that contain the teacher. Request for a replacement teacher for that course. Delete the teacher from the teacher database. The replacement teacher must be free.
