I successfully reproduced the bug.
I have dealt with the refreshing problem of adding or deleting a single subtask before, but it seems that this problem occurs when there are subtasks deleted to no subtasks.

This issue has been fixed in the development version (will be released as version 1.82.6 soon).
The reason is that the details page judges that the current task has no subtasks, so the query operation is not performed, and the subtask list of the current page is not processed.
