fix function in problem_3.py

OVERVIEW

I want the function multiply(x,y) to, well, multiply things. Right now, it doesn't, as shown by the outputs of the program when you run python problem_3.py on the command line. It returns all False, when they should all be True. ๐Ÿ˜ข

INPUTS

  • x : some number
  • y : some other number

OUTPUTS

The product of these two numbers.
