Clarification regarding SVC and Logistic Regression

Hello, in the raw code, I observed that you've said SVC is better in ROC AUC Score even though other models have better scores.

Even in testing, you've mentioned that SVC has least False negatives as expected for fraud class while other classes have much lesser false negatives.

I'm really confused whether i'm missing out on certain criterias here to determine the best model.

And in the main code, you've trained it using Logistic Regression and not SVC. Why is that?

Can you please clarify my doubts?
