I do not see ErrorUri. I see only 'error', 'error_description' and 'error_codes'. This is a sample response:

Not all errors include error_uri, but some may. We need to investigate.

Neither AAD nor ADFS currently return error_uri in response, so we can postpone this until there is any value returned.

yes, uri is bad, plain correct description better;

but for some wide issues better provide link to FAQ where we will able fast lookup and resolve issue if someone had it and shared what can be wrong;

for this one ms MUST SAY MAYBE YOU CREATED WEB_API APP INSTEAD OF NATIVE TYPE ON DESHBOARD.......
