Support just the right panel being set.

Right now both panels being set works, and setting just the left one works. But the scrolling/revealing is wrong for just the right panel.

Demo Only Showing Blank Screen

I just downloading the project, ran it in XCode with the iPhone 6.1 simulator and it's only showing a blank screen. The same thing happens when I add the JLBSlidingPanelViewController to a project that I already had running.

Fix the shadow when rotating

The shadow path does not animate so it snaps to the new bounds when rotating. This is noticeable when the right panel is exposed.
