Use video frame dimensions from media info to setup canvas

According to RSATom/WebChimera.js#19 we should use scanned media info frame dimensions instead of rely on what VLC says.

Scanning should consist two stages:

1. Initial, when scanning should acquire similar between all video info like encoding profile, frame dimensions, embed subs/dubs
2. Remaining video files scan

If there is more than one folder to scan then all folders move in queue, first task will be initial scanning of all given folders and then we moving into start of a queue and process the remaining video files scan.
