How can I import a dumped Save File? For Local Testing

Using BIE to export inventory either as a csv or json return an [class BetterInventoryExport] ERR? Invalid product 7627 error but generates the files (somewhat?) correctly.

Collection not being exported

So I have a single Breakout Type-S: Funny Book decal in my inventory, and it happens to be from the player's choice series. But when I click on Dump to JSON (or Dump to CSV), this is what's written in the json:

crate is "" for every single item exported btw
