Refreshing the time and the weather sometimes causes a contour to appear on the widget's background

Implement resource widget for the start page

The main aspect is network usage, hard drive free space and utilization percent, but CPU and RAM utilization percent should also be shown (in smaller fonts). Circular or linear progress bars should be added for percent values.

Implement clock widget for the Home Page

Implement latest files widget for the start page

A widget showing the latest video files. Clicking on files should start a media player application, playing the file in full screen mode, over the application. Clicking on the "more" section of this widget will navigate to a new page, where all files will be browsable, but that will be another issue, and another milestone.
