Your steps to reproduce are very obviously impossible for me to follow, you say "install the app" but you haven't shared the app, so there is no way for me to follow your steps meaningfully.

If you can share your application I can try my best to investigate the problem, though I do not have any Samsung device with such a GPU so if it's device-specific I may have a hard time reproducing. If you can't share your application though there's nothing I can do. I can only suggest that you make sure you have run with the latest validation layers and don't have any invalid API use as RenderDoc does not handle that.

Generally speaking on Android the majority of bugs encountered are not with RenderDoc but with devices, as the ecosystem and hardware is quite unreliable. Since you've already tested on other GPUs I suspect the chances are very high that this is not a RenderDoc bug but a driver or OS/device bug.
