Make Android version compile correctly

Right now, the Android project doesn't complain due to some gradle error when integrating the required dependencies. This is probably due to the maximum number of methods in a module.
The iOS version isn't affected.

Find better alternative to show tweets in speaker view to avoid double scrolling

Right now we are using a nested webView to show tweets, we should probably make it a separate view or find a better alternative.

Twitter handles on speaker page open Danny's profile

Hey,

Opening the speaker page and clicking on the little bird, I can see only Danny's Twitter profile...

Add "My Conference" feature

• Allow users to add a talk to their own conference by simply pressing the ❤️ button
• When the segmented control is set on "My Conference", only show liked talks

Modify `openLink` to open Links in Android WebView instead of SafariView

Right now, all links are opened is SafariView since I was testing on iOS. All links are failing to open correctly since we based on the platform we are running on, we are to open the link with a different API.

On some devices, it doesn't fit in the screen width so we should probably resize it.

Upgrade react-native to latest version

Latest react-native versions solve a multitude of bugs and improve the API and performance of many primitives. Follow the upgrade guide on the docs to jump to the latest version (currently 0.54).
