Appears to be breaking puzzles and not completing them if added to an existing game

As the title says, I have tried using this mod on an already existing save file, specifically in the final veil area only available after Iz, while having the requisite red slabs in my inventory - only to find out I could not interact with any of the double-slabs required to complete the puzzle, only the single-tile slabs around the puzzle itself. I hadn't been to the area before, and it is the last remaining of the non-enigma puzzle areas for me, so I can't really check with any haste how it affects previous areas or how it functions on new games.

Update check failures

Unity Mod Manager is throwing below error when checking for addon updates. Rest of the mod checks are working fine.
