should not require start line for edited method is the same as old method

Can implement this by doing a regex search with the method name coupled with def or define_method and some names of the parameters. Should search around 10+- lines from the old source_location. Also, return the new source_location to be used as the module_eval source/line - can get source_location to use the appropriate value by setting it to the result of the search.

add tests

tests, and find a way to test without generating/writing files.
