Android stockbrowser resize bug

When using the Android stockbrowser, on resizing or with a responsive template, drawing the signature creates weird lines instead of a line of dots. Tested it on 4 Android devices. One of them was a Virtualbox instance of Android which did not have that problem. The others did. Using another browser (chrome or firefox) on Android did not have that issue. I do not know if others are able to reproduce this.

Click detection too sensitive

In Chrome 36 on Android, the touchMove event firing is so sensitive that it's almost impossible to get a click event through touch punch. Click detection can be more advanced than this (line 139):
this._touchMoved = true;

Release tag

Can you please tag the release so it can be retrieved by version using bower?
