Full CSV being displayed as empty

I love this extension however one of the CSVs is not being picked up correctly.

When I view the keys I can see the title of the CSV I wish to edit (Belvg_Referralreward) however no keys and values - Screenshot here http://snag.gy/3cRiZ.jpg

When I go to download the CSVs I can see Belvg_Referralreward is not listed. Screenshot here http://snag.gy/Yat3o.jpg

The CSV should have 128 translations

Theme translation

Obviously Magento prioritizes translations sources (from highest to lowest):
DB (the core_translate table)
The theme translate.csv file
The app/locale//.csv files

It would seem this extension only translates the app/locale//.csv files. Would it be possible for the extension to also translate the theme translate.csv file?

Should this work or is this under development? As I click "Upload CSV files" however nothing happens

Updated translations not shown on frontend

I have updated a translation value using this extension however the change has not been reflected on the frontend.I can also see the CSV has not been updated.

How do I make my changes be reflected on the frontend?
