Detect oversized bundles in release builds

Hi!

Great library, thanks!

I'm using

        OversizeBundleRegistrar.INSTANCE.register(s -> {
            // log s to crashlytics
            return Unit.INSTANCE;
        });

to send oversize detections to Crashlytics, which works fine on debug builds but seems not to work in release builds.
