This repository contains all data and jupyter notebooks to reproduce analysis and generate all panels from main and supplementary figures from the article "Cancer-on-a-chip model shows that the adenomatous polyposis coli mutation impairs T cell engagement and killing of cancer spheroids" by Bonnet et al.
We recommand to create a specific python environment to avoid any conflict in package versions.
conda create --name ### python=3.7
You need to install via the repository. In the command prompt enter:
git clone https://github.com/BaroudLab/APC-mutation-T-cells.git
This should download the project. Then install the required packages. In the terminal, navigate to the package directory and type:
cd APC-mutation-T-cells
pip install -r requirements.txt
Now you can run the notebooks using Jupyter Lab
jupyter lab
